Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest construction update for Rivara, West End.
In May, we hit an incredible milestone which saw the tower crane erected on site. With excavation phase well underway, we are repurposing or removing approx. 55,000 cubic metres of material.
Approximately 50% of the piles have been installed which extend to a maximum depth of 36 metres below ground level. The piling rig stands an impressive 40 metres above ground level, requiring significant geotechnical engineering expertise to safely traverse the site.
Throughout May, we had in-ground hydraulics, bulk earthworks and piling activities continue. Looking ahead to June, we will commence in-ground services, service pits, footings and work towards pouring our first slab pour.
