Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest construction update for Rivara, West End.
While works are still in the early stages, much of the activity on site is focused on essential groundwork to prepare for the structure ahead. In March, the construction team have made solid progress, with bulk earthworks well underway and Phase 1 and 2 piling pads nearing completion. We have also seen the mobilisation of the piling rig to site, marking an exciting step toward the next phase of construction.
Looking ahead to April, piling works are scheduled to commence. This will be followed by detailed excavation works progressing, along with the commencement of footings and pile caps.
