Traders In Purple is pleased to share the July construction update for Rivara, West End.
Throughout July, piling works were completed, followed by the demobilisation of the piling rig. The River Home car park slab pours also neared completion, allowing masonry works and the construction of vertical columns to commence throughout this area.
In-ground stormwater drainage works continued to progress, while foundation works commenced within the second stage of the ground floor carpark. Detailed excavation also advanced across the site in preparation for upcoming concrete pours.
Looking ahead to August, detailed excavation is expected to progress around the Beesley Street Terrace Homes and within the lift core areas. Blockwork installation and stormwater pipework will continue across the site, alongside further ground floor carpark concrete pours.
