Traders In Purple is pleased to share the June construction update for Rivara, West End.
In June, Rivara continued to progress well, with the final piling works nearing completion and scheduled to finish at the end of the month. The installation of the stormwater tank, including waterproofing and backfilling, has now been completed.
Bulk earthworks have advanced significantly, with the final clearance of the lower slab area completed last week.
Preparations for the first slab pour are well underway, with the installation of the steel reinforcement and waterproofing taking place. Subject to weather conditions, the first concrete pour for the ground slab is scheduled for early July, an exciting milestone.
Detailed excavation and pile trimming activities are continuing within the lower slab beneath the River Homes, preparing the site for the next stage of structural works.
