Traders In Purple is pleased to share the August construction update for Rivara, West End.
Throughout August, detailed excavation, formwork and slab pour were completed for the Beesley Street middle section of the ground floor carpark while detailed excavation for the River Home pool footings is also underway.
Excavation and base works for the Beesley Street apartment core has been completed, along with the Level 1 formwork above the River Homes 1 to 9 garages and carpark areas.
Looking ahead to September, works will progress with the Beesley Street lift core pour, while detailed excavation will commence for the Beesley street lobby and corner of Filmer & Beesley Street Terrace Homes.
Large milestone pours will also be undertaken this month, with the slab pour of the Victoria Street middle section of the ground floor carpark and Level 1 River Homes to be completed.
Blockwork has commenced in the River Home Pools area, with inground service works continuing throughout the site.
